If you have raided a faction and have claimed land with Locked chests on there, you can open their chest in 1 weeks time. This is to allow factions to try and get their chest back if they wish. Or if you have found a locked chest out in the middle of nowhere, you can also claim that chest but in a weeks time as well.

However, if they manage to retrieve there chest back, the request to open the chest will be diminished.
Those people who accidentally type there name wrong while locking a chest will have to contact or post a topic in forums, asking to fix this problem. There is no waiting period for this. You only have to wait for the Admin to respond.
